How do tutors qualify to teach with TMS Online?TMS Online maintains a rigorous selection process to ensure that only the most exceptional tutors join our team. We accept fewer than 5% of all applicants, making us one of the most selective tutoring companies in the industry. Here's a breakdown of our tutor qualification process: Academic Excellence: Tutors must have achieved a 98th percentile or higher on the highly competitive JEE Advanced exam, demonstrating their exceptional problem-solving skills and exam-taking strategies. Prestigious Education: Tutors must be enrolled at one of the top engineering colleges in India, such as the IITs, BITs, and NITs. These institutions have notoriously high admission standards, often accepting less than 2% of applicants. For comparison, the University of Oxford accepts one out of five applicants. IITs take in just one out of 50. Comprehensive Screening: Tutors undergo multiple rounds of interviews to assess their enthusiasm, organizational skills, and suitability for tutoring. Background Checks: All tutors must pass strict PCC Certified background checks and identity verification to ensure their safety and trustworthiness. Ongoing Training and Development: Once accepted, tutors receive extensive training and resources to enhance their teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest educational best practices. By adhering to these rigorous standards, we guarantee that our students receive the highest quality instruction from the most qualified tutors.
